I can't use, 6 months ago I get a Versa. I travel and the date and time changed. When I want reset the watch I can't do it. I talk with 2 technicians in the help web. They want I get Iphone or Ipad to setup again.

It would save us both a lot of time. SO again - can't get the app to download, can't download from the site from IE or Chrome. KimHalpert Thanks for getting back to me! So sorry for the confusion here. If you don't mind me asking, could you please share with the rest of us the other way you found to fix this? I'm sure I'm not the only one curious about it. I can't get the App for Windows When I go the Windows store I get a nice description, screen shots, reviews etc. I went to the Windows store via browser Edge, Chrome and found a "get app" button on the fitbit page, but if I click that it just opens the useless Windows Store window. This is what I see in the Windows app store:. If you haven't got the app then where it says "Launch" I would expect to see "Get".
What do you have and if it's Get what happens when you click it? Never saw the launch "button" in the Windows Store. Turn on suggestions. Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.
